Shipping delicate chocolates is no easy task. Here's what you need to know:

• We ship orders from Asheville, NC
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, or sometimes same day. This means there is little to no time to edit orders so PLEASE ensure everything is correct before placing your order.
• Our chocolates do not need to be refrigerated, but they do melt in conditions around or above 70*F. Since the US has many different temperature climates, it is up to you to add on cold protection to your order. This is a product you can purchase as an add on. This add on includes a guarantee that your order will arrive in good condition or we will replace.
• If you do not choose to add on cold protection, we cannot be responsible for melting.
• Orders over $70 get FREE shipping but this does not include cold protection.
