Where do I find my order information?

When you place an order you must enter your email. After your order is place, automated emails will be sent to the email address providing updates on your order.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed between same day to 2 business days on average, unless we experience peak volumes. Orders ship from Asheville, NC

Will my chocolate melt?

Our truffles do not contain any stabilizers, and will melt in temperatures above 70*F. Because the US has a wide range of climates, it's up to you to decide if you need cold protection. Cold Protection is a product add on that can be purchased. If you do not purchase this and your order melts we are not responsible.

How long are the truffles good for?

Our truffles have a long shelf life, but should be consumed within a month of receiving your order for optimal taste. Truffles can be stored in an airtight container, in the fridge or freezer to extend their time. However, they are best eaten at room temperature.

What allergens are in the truffles?

Our truffles are gluten, dairy, egg, and soy free. However, we produce in a facility that does process these allergens. Our truffles do contain a variety of nuts including almonds, cashew, coconut, hazelnut, and sesame.

Are these truffles considered healthy?

While our treats are decadent and rich, they are made with the best ingredients we can use. We use organic ingredients, unrefined sugars, no industrial/processed oils, and nothing artificial. Our focus is less on the caloric count and more on the quality of the ingredient.

Can you bring back x flavor?
