Ingredients: cashew*, coconut*, coconut sugar*, almond*, rainbow sprinkles ( Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Cornstarch, Expeller Pressed Palm Oil, Expeller Pressed Palm Kernel Oil, Sunflower Lecithin (Emulsifier), Natural Flavor, Spirulina Extract (Color), Turmeric Extract (Color), Red Cabbage Juice Extract (Color), Beet Juice Extract (Color), Annatto Extract (Color), Carnauba Wax.), mineral salt. Coating: cacao powder*, coconut sugar*, cacao butter*. *=organic ingredient.
Sprinkles are Whole Food 365 brand.

The birthday cake truffles are one of my favorites and I would love for them to be a permanent flavor! The only negative is the sprinkles— I wish a different brand was used like Supernatural Kitchen which has options without cornstarch.
Birthday cake is my favorite flavor. I mean they are all excellent but this one is special.
